Returns – Yes, we do offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions, with proof of purchase.
Exchange – No Problem , it must be completed, attached and packaged along with proof of purchase, so it can be re-sold in perfect condition.
Non Refund Or Exchange – if not returned in perfect condition for resale, the item will not be accepted back, due to health and hygiene rules.
You - You are responsible for your purchase, to make sure it is to your specification of colour and attachment, the better the quality of hair the longer the life expectancy.
Us – we will advise you best on your purchase, any problems with the hair, we can have it inspected for products used and misuse, but don’t hesitate as your custom is valued.
If the staff are unsure of a situation, it will be the manager / owner that will make the final decision.
Wigs will only be refunded or exchanged if there is a fault.
Ponytails – same policy as wigs.
Treatment of Hair
Customer care for any hair purchased that has been dyed, bleached, treated or cut will not be accepted back.
our staff will help you but will not he responsible for what you choose to have done.
